August 16th: Agile Project Management

Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver - Park Ballroom, 791 West Georgia Street

Tuesday 5:00 - 8:00 pm

We are hearing a lot about Agile Project Management these days. In fact, PMI has announced a new Agile PM standard, to be issued soon. What is Agile really? How does it work, and how is it different from conventional PM? Peter McBride, PMP, from Cheetah Learning, will lead a presentation on the DSDM Atern Standard, a known Agile standard used by APMG to certify Agile PMs around the world. No question about it, Agile and its related methods such as SCRUM are challenging our current view of how to manage projects - Look for an informative and engaging one hour presentation, and maybe a little controversy!

Presenter:  Peter McBride, PMP
                Owner, McBride Consulting
                Professional Training & Coaching Consultant
